If your Zune player has stopped responding, you might need to restart it. Don’t worry; restarting the Zune player won’t erase any of your stuff.

• Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds, until the player restarts.

1. Set the Hold switch to the unlocked position.

2. Press and hold the top of the Zune Pad and the Back button at the same time, and keep them down until the Zune player restarts.
