zune account sign-in problems

If you’re having problems signing in to your account or Zune Marketplace, try these steps to find out why and fix the problem.

There are two ways to sign in: from the Zune Music + Video software, or on the Zune Music + Video website.

I can't sign in on the Zune Music + Video software

Try signing in from the Zune Music + Video website instead.

  1. Go to Zune.net. If you're not already signed in, clickSign In and enter your password.
  2. Hover over the arrow next to your Zune Tag (in the upper right), and click My Account.

If you can't sign in on the Zune Music + Video software but can sign in on the website, your firewall settings may be blocking the software.

Try signing in from the Zune Music + Video software instead.

  1. In the Zune Music + Video software, go toSettings, Account.
  2. Click Sign in.

If you can't sign in on the Zune Music + Video website but can sign in on the Zune Music + Video software, try adjusting your settings in Internet Explorer.

If you can’t sign in on either the Zune Music + Video software or the Zune Music + Video website, the service may be unavailable or you may need to check your Windows Live ID sign in info.
