Try these steps if you can’t sign in from Zune.net, but you can sign in from the Zune Music + Video software.
Clear any saved passwords
Start Internet Explorer.
Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete in the History section.
Under Passwords, click Delete Passwords. To confirm that you want to delete the passwords, click Yes.
On the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History.
Then, click Delete All.
Click Close.
Click OK.
Adjust your browser to accept cookies
Click the Privacy tab, and then adjust the slider in the Settings area to a position that does not block cookies, such as Medium.
Make sure Zune.net is a trusted site
Click the Security tab, click Trusted Sites, and then click the Sites button.
In the text box, type *.Zune.net, click Add, and then click Close.
Under the Security tab, click Custom Level.
Under Reset custom settings, selec tLow, and then click Reset.
Click the Privacy tab. Click the Sites button.
In the text box, type *.Zune.net, and then click Allow.
Click Apply.
Close all browser windows.
