Note

We are currently unable to replace MP3 songs that you delete or lose. For this reason we highly recommend that you back up your MP3s by burning them onto a CD. WMA files may also be burned onto a CD, but you may only burn the exact same playlist a maximum of seven times.

To restore podcasts from Zune Marketplace

If you have an active subscription to a podcast series, the most recent podcasts from that series may be re-downloaded automatically. However, if you kept any past episodes, you will need to manually re-download those lost episodes to restore them to your collection. For more on podcast subscriptions and downloads, see Subscribing to Podcasts.

To restore items from your computer

  2. Next to Restore media previously deleted from your collection, click Restore.
