If you like a song you receive, you can easily add it to your wish list and then buy it from your computer the next time you sync.2

 

TV and movies to go

Zune Marketplace now offers more than 600 popular TV shows to download and own. Zune will also import unprotected .WMV, .MPG4, and H.264 files into your video library. Also, if you're recording TV shows or movies with Windows Media Center, you can import and sync them to your device. Load up your favorite videos and hit the road.3

Built-in FM radio

Buy from FM radio

Instantly purchase songs you hear on FM radio stations directly from your Zune. If you are in a wi-fi hotspot, the song will immediately download to your Zune. If not, you will have a queue of songs ready to purchase when you sync to your home computer. Buy from FM works with radio stations that broadcast RDS and RT Plus data — the same technology that shows the song titles and information on FM radio stations you listen to in your car.4,5

 

Wirelessly browse and buy on the fly

Browse and purchase tracks from the Zune Marketplace online store directly from your Zune when in a wi-fi hotspot or through a home wireless network.6

1 Music estimates based on 128 Kbps WMA files with length of 4 minutes each. Pictures transferred to Zune will be optimized for Zune screen size; video estimates based on 500 Kbps WMV files with 128 Kbps WMA audio tracks.

2 The Zune-to-Zune sharing feature may not be available for all songs on your player, and works only between Zune players within wireless range of each other. This feature allows recipients to play full-length sample tracks up to three times.

3 Requires a PC running Windows Vista Home Premium or Windows Vista Ultimate and an integrated or external TV tuner.

4 To display station name and song information, stations must broadcast an RBDS signal. Availability may vary, so check out your favorite stations on your Zune to see if this functionality is present.

5 To activate this feature, click on the Zune Pad and select Buy in the radio menu. If you are a Zune Pass subscriber, the track will automatically be added to your collection if in a wi-fi hot spot or connected to a home wireless network. If you are not a Zune Pass subscriber, the song will be added to the shopping cart and the next time Zune is synced with a computer, you will be asked to confirm the purchase.

6 To search, purchase, and download a track from Zune Marketplace directly from your Zune, you need to be in a wi-fi hotspot or connected to your home wireless network. If you are a Zune Pass subscriber, the song will automatically be added to your collection.
