As head of music and music video programming for Zune Marketplace, Kyle built a team of curators from the ground up. Drawing from his own massive record collection, Kyle also DJs as "Kid Hops" for KEXP and has warmed up for the likes of Massive Attack, Damian Marley, and Goldie.

Paul Pearson / profile
Paul, a graduate of The Evergreen State College, has been a DJ at KAOS Olympia, editor and head writer at eCRUSH.com, a professional pianist, and a music journalist at various publications. He is also a two-time regional winner of the Rhino Records Musical Aptitude Test.

Emily Griffin / profile
Jetsetter and DJ "Ms. E" brought electronic music culture to the airwaves of KUSF with Future Breaks FM, cofounded the drum & bass club Eklektic, and was marketing director at XLR8R magazine. She ran the music supervision agency BeatSync in L.A. and currently runs a digital label, Sanguine Recordings.

Mariel is a bilingual, bicoastal, bicultural advocate for music as a path to a wider worldview. After serving as senior managing editor at The FADER, she worked as a freelance writer and then parlayed her editorial experience and passion for music into a stint at Latina.com before coming to Zune.

Omid Fatemi / profile
Omid began his music career by producing a hip-hop show on KCSU at the tender age of 15. Since then, he has earned a degree in ethnic studies from San Francisco State University and written for The FADER and London’s Dazed and Confused magazine.

Jon Kertzer / profile
Jon, who holds a degree in ethnomusicology from SOAS in London, has been station manager of KCMU, booked festivals, managed bands, and worked for several labels. He joined Microsoft in 1990 to help build Encarta Encyclopedia, and currently hosts an African music show on KEXP.
