Syncing certain things manually to your Zune is easy. Just connect your Zune to your computer and follow the steps below.
Choose what to sync
In the Zune software, drag items from your collection to the player icon.
Note You can't drag items from a category (for example, music) that's set to automatically sync all media. You'll need to change sync settings to sync only what you choose in that category.
Sync friends
In the Zune software, go to Social and drag a user's profile to the player icon.
Sync Channels
In the Zune software, go to Collection and drag a Channel to the player icon.
