When you use either the Windows Vista Home Premium or Windows Vista Ultimate operating system, you can customize Windows Media Center to record all your favorite network TV shows. Use the electronic program guide to schedule the recordings you want and then manually or automatically sync them with your Zune.
Sync recorded TV shows with your Zune
Start Windows Media Center and, if you haven't already done it, choose your recording location. The default location is C:\Users\Public\Recorded TV.
Connect your Zune.
In the Zune software, go to Collection Settings and add your Windows Media Center recording location as a folder that the Zune software monitors for videos.
Any videos in that folder will be added to your collection.
If you've set the sync options for your Zune to "Let me choose my videos," drag recorded programs from your collection to the Zune device icon to sync them to your Zune.
If you've set the sync options for your Zune to "Sync all my videos," new recordings will automatically sync whenever you connect your Zune.
