Turn on wireless to see other Zune devices and send and receive songs, podcasts, pictures, and playlists to and from your friends. Turn off wireless to conserve battery power or to keep other Zunes from communicating with you. When wireless is off, your Zune doesn't show up on other Zune devices.

1. Select settings, wireless.
2. Select wireless to turn wireless on or off.
   
   When wireless is turned on, you'll see the icon on the lower right edge of the screen on your Zune.
