Here's an overview of the settings you'll find on your Zune player.

These settings apply to the Zune player:

• Music
  Turn shuffle and repeat on or off, and select whether to search for artists by album only, or by song and album. See more playback options.
• Wireless
  Turn wireless on or off, configure wireless sync, scan for networks, and view wireless information.
• Display
  Select settings for backlight, brightness, and background. See more on how to change display settings.
• Pictures
  Change settings for viewing pictures on your Zune, including transition time and shuffle settings.
• Sounds
  Turn player sound effects, such as clicks, on or off.
• Zune pad
  Change how your Zune pad functions.
• Radio

    Turn clock display on or off, choose between 12- and 24-hour format, and set the time.
  • Language
    Set the language for your display: English, French, or Spanish.
  • Screen lock
