To get started downloading media from Zune Marketplace, sign up for Zune Social to create your online account.

To download music, you'll need to either buy music or get a Zune Pass, a monthly subscription to the entire Zune Marketplace catalog.

1. Sign in to the Zune software, then click Marketplace.
2. Click either Music, Videos, or Podcasts to find the type of media you want and download it.

When you're finished, sync the downloaded media with your Zune so you can play it on the go!

If a song doesn't download from Zune Marketplace completely, you can finish it using one of the two methods below.

1. Sign into Zune software, then click Settings, Account.
2. Click Purchase History. Zune software displays a list of all the music, videos, and music videos that you've purchased with Microsoft Points.
3. Click Restore All to finish all incomplete downloads or click Download next to an item to finish just that download. Be patient. The more you've purchased, the longer it will take to list them all.
