If a song doesn't download from Zune Marketplace completely, you can finish it using one of the two methods below.
Finish a Microsoft Points download
Sign into Zune software, then click Settings, Account.
Click Purchase History. Zune software displays a list of all the music, videos, and music videos that you've purchased with Microsoft Points.
Click Restore All to finish all incomplete downloads or click Download next to an item to finish just that download. Be patient. The more you've purchased, the longer it will take to list them all.
Finish a Zune Pass download
Sign into Zune software, then click Settings, Account.
Click Subscription History. Zune software displays a list of all the music, videos, and music videos that you've purchased with your Zune Pass. Be patient. The more you've purchased, the longer it will take to list them all.
Click Restore All to finish all incomplete downloads or click Download next to an item to finish just that download.
