In the Social area of the Zune software you'll see your profile, your friends, and your inbox.
Click Friends to see your friends' Zune Cards. From there you can:
Drag friends to your Zune (when connected).
Explore Zune Cards individually.
Send messages to friends.
Send invites to prospective friends.
The best way to experience your friends' recent plays, favorites, and top artists is with a Zune Pass subscription. That way you'll hear full songs rather than just 30-second previews. Like what you hear? Download it or buy it right then and there.
Want to sync all your friends to your Zune automatically? Go to Settings, Device and update your settings to always sync your friends. That way, any time you add a friend, you'll have their Zune Card on your device as well.
Note If you have a Zune Pass, each friend might need up to 100 MB of space on your Zune. That translates to 1 GB for every 10 friends that you sync.
