The songs beamed to my Zune won’t play anymore.

You can play songs beamed to your player inbox up to three times. If you like what you get, add them to your wish list to make it easy to find them later at Zune Marketplace.


Items in my Zune inbox and the wish list did not sync to my Zune software inbox and the Zune.net inbox.

Items in the player inbox and the wish list sync to the Zune software inbox and the Zune.net inbox only if you previously associated your player with your Zune tag (typically done during player setup). If you associate the player after player setup, items placed in the player inbox and the wish list before you made the association won't sync.


The songs beamed to my Zune won’t go into my collection in Zune software.

Only information about the beamed songs syncs from your Zune to Zune software, not the songs themselves. The information will help you to find the music on Zune Marketplace.


When I play a song in my Zune software inbox, it doesn’t play the whole song.

If you have a Zune Pass, when a song is available at Zune Marketplace and you play the song from your Zune software inbox, you will hear the whole song. If you don't have a Zune Pass, you'll hear the 30-second sample from Zune Marketplace.
